Meet Chef Edna

My name is Chef Edna, and my love for cooking began when I was just 8 years old. Growing up surrounded by the rich, soulful flavors of Caribbean cuisine sparked a lifelong passion that has guided my journey in the kitchen.

When I moved to the U.S. in 2016, my youngest daughter—just five at the time—would only eat my cooking. That challenge inspired me to quickly learn American dishes and expand my culinary skills. I went on to graduate from culinary school with pride, gaining hands-on experience in professional kitchens.

Today, I specialize in both Caribbean and American cuisine because I believe food is a universal language that connects cultures, honors traditions, and brings families together. Whether it’s a comforting island classic or a modern American favorite, I cook with heart, soul, and purpose.
